View on sourceTo protest a potential chargeback, an employer to whom notice is mailed under Section 204.023 must mail to the commission at Austin a protest not later than the 30th day after the date the notice was mailed or the right to protest the chargeback is waived. The protest must include a statement of the facts supporting the grounds of the protest.
