View on sourceIn this subtitle, "employment" does not include service under an arrangement that is between the commission and the agency that administers another state's or a federal unemployment compensation law and that considers the service for an employing unit during the period covered by the employing unit's approved election to be performed entirely within the agency's state or under the federal law.
