§ 101.156 — OFFENSE; PENALTY

View on source(a)A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 101.152, 101.153, 101.154, or 101.155. Each separate act of violation constitutes a separate offense.
(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:
(1)a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500;
(2)confinement in jail for not more than 90 days; or
(3)both the fine and confinement.
