(a)Except as provided by Subsection (b), a Lloyd's plan may write any kind of insurance that may be lawfully written in this state, including:
(1)fire insurance, including tornado, hail, crop, and floater insurance;
(2)automobile insurance, including fire, theft, transportation, property damage, collision liability, and tornado insurance;
(3)liability insurance;
(4)marine insurance;
(5)accident and health insurance;
