§ 912.752 — FRAUDULENT OPERATION OR IMPROPER CONTESTS: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY

After notice and hearing, the commissioner shall revoke the certificate of authority of a county mutual insurance company that is:

(1)operating fraudulently; or

(2)improperly contesting the company's claims.
