View on source(a)Except as otherwise provided by law, domestic and foreign mutual insurance companies organized or operating under this chapter are subject to the laws applicable to:
(1)a stock insurance company engaging in the same kind of insurance;
(2)investments;
(3)valued policies;
(4)policy forms and rates;
(5)reciprocal or retaliatory laws;
