View on sourceA person, including the department and the commissioner, may not restrain or interfere with the conduct of business of a general casualty company, except in:
(1)a revocation of the company's certificate of authority and appointment of a receiver under Section 861.701;
(2)an action by a judgment creditor; or
(3)a proceeding supplementary to execution.
