§ 846.103 — LIMITATION ON ACTION AGAINST BOARD MEMBER

A board member may not be held liable in a private cause of action for any delinquency under Section 846.102 after the expiration of the earlier of:

(1)six years from the date of delinquency; or

(2)two years from the time when the delinquency is discovered by a person complaining of the delinquency.
