§ 845.104 — BOARD DUTIES

The board shall:

(1)administer the system;

(2)adopt policies and procedures for the system that are consistent with the purposes of this subchapter and Subchapters A, B, and D; and

(3)adopt rules for the holding of regular and special meetings.
