View on source(a)If the commissioner certifies that the health maintenance organization's proposed plan of operation does not meet the requirements of Section 843.082, the commissioner may not issue a certificate of authority.
(b)The commissioner shall notify the applicant that the plan is deficient and specify the deficiencies.
