§ 841.352 — ISSUANCE OF RECEIPT FOR DEPOSIT

When a domestic insurance company deposits securities under this subchapter, the comptroller shall issue to the company a receipt that:

(1)describes the deposit in a manner that identifies the securities; and

(2)states that the securities are held on deposit as capital stock investments of the company.
