A waiver of an applicable privilege or claim of confidentiality in a document, proprietary and trade-secret materials, or other own risk and solvency assessment-related information does not occur as a result of disclosure of the document, materials, or other information to the commissioner under this chapter or as a result of sharing as authorized by this chapter.
