(a)This subchapter does not apply to a transaction that is subject to:

(1)Subchapter K or L , Chapter 882; or

(2)Section 887.065 or Subchapter J or K, Chapter 887.

(b)This subchapter does not apply to a transaction that is subject to and complies with:

(1)Chapter 828; or

(2)Subchapter L, Chapter 884.
