§ 823.057 — CONSOLIDATED FILING

The commissioner may require or permit two or more insurers that are affiliates of each other and that are required to register under this chapter to file:

(1)a consolidated registration statement; or

(2)a consolidated report amending:

(A)the consolidated registration statement; or

(B)the individual registration statement of each insurer.
