View on sourceThe capital and surplus requirements of this chapter apply to each insurance company or other entity, other than a farm mutual insurance company, authorized to write property and casualty insurance in this state including:
(1)a county mutual insurance company;
(2)a mutual insurance company, other than a mutual life insurance company;
(3)a Lloyd's plan; and
(4)a reciprocal or interinsurance exchange.
