§ 462.113 — BOARD REPORT ON CONCLUSION OF INSOLVENCY

On the conclusion of the insolvency of a domestic insurer with respect to which the association was obligated to pay covered claims, the board may:

(1)prepare a report on the history and causes of the insolvency, based on information available to the association; and

(2)submit the report to the commissioner.
