§ 81.189 — REQUEST FOR REEXAMINATION

View on source(a)A person subject to an order for extended management, or any interested person on the person's behalf and with the person's consent, may file a request with a court for a reexamination and a hearing to determine if the person continues to meet the criteria for the court order.
(b)The request must be filed in the county in which the person is receiving the services.
(c)The court may, on good cause shown:
(1)require that the patient be reexamined;
(2)schedule a hearing on the request; and
(3)notify the health authority, department, and the head of the facility providing health services to the person.
