View on source(a)A person commits an offense if the person knowingly conceals, removes, or disposes of an infected or contaminated animal, object, vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft that is the subject of an investigation under this chapter by the department, a health authority, or a peace officer.
(b)An offense under this Section is a Class B misdemeanor.
