View on source(a)The department may establish and maintain an electronic database to track cases of pregnancy-related deaths and severe maternal morbidity to assist the department and review committee in performing functions under this chapter.
(b)The information in the database may not include identifying information, including:
(1)the name of a patient; or
(2)the name or specific location of a health care provider that treated a patient.
