(a)Subject to Subsection (b), nursing services provided to a client by a center must be a replacement of private duty nursing or other skilled nursing services provided in a setting other than a center unless additional nursing services are medically necessary.
(b)A center may provide nursing services in a group setting, consistent with appropriate staffing ratios as the executive commissioner determines. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 557 (H.B. 2340), Sec. 9, eff. September 1, 2015. Amended by:
