View on source(a)In an investigation or proceeding under this chapter, the board may:
(1)require or allow a person to file a written statement regarding any of the facts and circumstances concerning the matter to be investigated;
(2)administer oaths and affirmations;
(3)subpoena witnesses;
(4)compel attendance;
