View on sourceThe executive commissioner by rule shall set the fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to recover the amount projected by the department as required to administer its functions. Except as otherwise provided by Section 242.610, the fees may not exceed:
(1)$25 for a combined permit application and examination fee; and
