(a)The department annually shall report to the executive commissioner on activities and expenditures under this subchapter.
(b)The department shall include in the report recommendations for additional legislation that the department considers appropriate to furnish adequate hospital, clinic, and similar facilities to the public. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989. Amended by:
