View on source(a)A development corporation may change its registered office, registered agent, or both, by filing the original and a copy of a statement in the office of the secretary of state. The president or vice-president of the corporation shall execute and verify the statement.
(b)The statement must include:
(1)the development corporation's name;
(2)the post office address of the corporation's current registered office;
(3)if the registered office is to be changed, the post office address of the corporation's new registered office;
(4)the name of the corporation's registered agent;
