View on source(a)Unless prohibited by other law, a person, including a hospital, sanatorium, nursing facility, rest home, medical society, cancer registry, or other organization, may provide interviews, reports, statements, memoranda, or other information relating to the condition and treatment of any person, to be used in a study to reduce morbidity or mortality or to identify persons who may need immunization, to:
(1)the department;
(2)a person that makes inquiries under immunization surveys conducted for the department;
(3)a medical organization;
(4)a hospital;
(5)a hospital committee; or
