View on source(a)The department shall fully develop essential services needed for the control of tuberculosis. To provide those services, the department may contract for the support, maintenance, care, and treatment of tuberculosis patients:
(1)admitted to facilities under the department's jurisdiction; or
(2)otherwise subject to the department's jurisdiction.
(b)The department may contract with:
(1)municipal, county, or state hospitals;
(2)private physicians;
