The advisory committee shall annually:

(1)review the results of any audit conducted under this subchapter and the results of any dispute filed under Section 12.134; and

(2)review the rules adopted by the executive commissioner under this subchapter and propose any amendments to the rules the advisory committee considers necessary. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 753, Sec. 2.01, eff. Aug. 30, 1999. Amended by:
