(a)If the department determines that a person is not eligible for a level of care in a nursing facility, the department shall inform the person that community services might be available under a community care for the aged and disabled program administered by the Department of Aging and Disability Services.
(b)The department shall provide to the person a list of services available under the program and a telephone number to call for more information on the services. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 6, eff. Sept. 1, 1991. Amended by:
