View on source(a)The department and each of the following agencies shall adopt a memorandum of understanding to coordinate the delivery of services to persons who are deaf or hard of hearing and to reduce duplication of services:
(1)the Department of Aging and Disability Services;
(2)the Department of State Health Services;
(3)the Texas Workforce Commission;
(4)the Health and Human Services Commission;
(5)the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board;
