(a)The commission shall develop and maintain a plan for delivering family violence services in this state.

(b)In developing the plan under this section, the commission shall consider the geographic distribution of services and the need for services, including the need for increasing services for underserved populations. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 6, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 2001. Amended by:
