View on source(a)The executive commissioner shall adopt rules that prescribe the appropriate manner in which managed care organizations provide the commission with information necessary to facilitate the:
(1)identification of individuals receiving services from providers; and
(2)notification of providers by the commission.
(b)The executive commissioner shall adopt rules requiring a provider to provide information necessary to facilitate the:
(1)identification by the commission of individuals receiving services from providers; and
(2)notification of providers by the commission.
