The commission may not consider any income earned by a dependent child who is attending school and whose income is derived from the child's part-time employment for purposes of determining:
(1)the amount of financial assistance granted to an individual under this chapter for the support of dependent children; or
(2)whether the family meets household income and resource requirements for eligibility for financial assistance under this chapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 1.02(a), eff.
