View on source(a)Not later than the 10th day before the date of a permanency hearing under Subchapter D, Chapter 263, Family Code, or Subchapter F, Chapter 263, Family Code, regarding a child for whom the Department of Family and Protective Services has been appointed managing conservator, a department caseworker shall submit a written report regarding the child's commitment to the department to:
(1)the court;
(2)the Department of Family and Protective Services;
(3)any attorney ad litem or guardian ad litem appointed for the child; and
(4)any volunteer advocate appointed for the child.
