§ 23.007 — HEARING ON PETITION TO SUSPEND LICENSE

View on source(a)A request for a hearing and motion to stay suspension must be filed with the commission not later than the 20th day after the date of service of the notice under Section 23.006.
(b)If a request for a hearing is filed, the commission's appeals division shall:
(1)promptly schedule a hearing;
(2)notify the person and an appropriate representative of the commission of the date, time, and location of the hearing; and
