The commission and the department shall:

(1)ensure that errors attributed to client fraud are appropriate; and

(2)take immediate and appropriate action to limit any client fraud that occurs. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 8.08(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
