§ 152.0051 — COMPOSITION OF JUVENILE BOARD

The juvenile board of a county that has a family district court is composed of:

(1)the county judge;

(2)the judge of each family district court;

(3)the judge of each other district court in the county; and

(4)the judge of each other court in the county that has jurisdiction over juvenile matters.
