(a)A person may not operate a day activity and health services facility without a license issued under this chapter.
(b)A person commits an offense if the person violates Subsection (a) of this section. An offense under this subsection is a Class A misdemeanor. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 434, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1994. Amended by:
