A magistrate has concurrent criminal jurisdiction with:
(1)the judges of the justice of the peace courts of Burnet County; and
(2)a municipal court in Burnet County, if approved by a memorandum of understanding between the municipality and Burnet County. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 863 (H.B. 3844), Sec. 1, eff.
