§ 41.312 — IMMUNITY

(a)The following persons are immune from liability for good faith conduct under this chapter or Chapter 841, Health and Safety Code:

(1)a member of the board of directors;

(2)a member of the executive board;

(3)the chief of the unit;

(4)the counselor serving the unit; and

(5)any other employee or officer of the unit.
