View on sourceA member of the board of directors or executive board is not entitled to compensation for service on the board of directors or executive board, if applicable, but is entitled to be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of a member of the board of directors and the executive board, if applicable, as provided by the General Appropriations Act.
