(a)The municipal judge shall appoint the court reporter under Section 30.00010.

(b)Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(18), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.

(c)Section 30.00010(d) does not apply to this subchapter.
