View on source(a)In addition to the jurisdiction provided by Section 25.0003 and other law, a county court at law in Moore County has concurrent civil jurisdiction with the district court in family law cases and proceedings.
(b)This section does not affect the right of appeal to a county court at law from the justice courts in cases in which the right of appeal to the county court exists by law.
