(a)The 432nd Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.

(b)The 432nd District Court shall give preference to criminal matters.

(c)The terms of the 432nd District Court begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October.

(d)In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, the 432nd District Court has concurrent original jurisdiction with the county criminal courts in Tarrant County over misdemeanor cases. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1103 (H.B. 4833), Sec. 3(a), eff. September 1, 2009. Amended by:
