§ 96.305 — PRESENTATION OF CLAIM

(a)To be entitled to priority, each person asserting a claim against a savings bank being liquidated under this subchapter must present the claim in writing to the commissioner or the liquidating agent, at the address designated in the notice under Section 96.304 on or before the last day of the 18th month after the date the notice is first published.

(b)The claim must:

(1)contain a statement of the facts supporting the claim;

(2)set out any right of payment priority or other specific right asserted by the claimant; and

(3)be signed and sworn to by the claimant.
