§ 96.151 — PLACEMENT OF SAVINGS BANK UNDER CONSERVATORSHIP

If the commissioner does not approve a plan to continue the operation of a savings bank under Section 96.108, the conservator shall continue to manage the affairs of the savings bank unless the temporary conservatorship order is modified or vacated:

(1)by order of the commissioner; or

(2)as a result of judicial review.
