View on source(a)Not later than the 30th day after the date the corporate existence of a savings bank begins, the initial board shall hold an organizational meeting and elect officers and take other appropriate action to begin the business of the savings bank.
(b)For good cause shown, the commissioner by order may extend the deadline prescribed by Subsection (a).
