If the fee for a license is not paid before the 16th day after the date on which the written notice of delinquency of payment has been given to the license holder, the license expires on that day. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1235, Sec. 18, eff. Sept. 1, 2001. Amended by:
