View on source(a)If the banking commissioner believes that a person has violated or is about to violate this subchapter or a rule of the finance commission or order of the banking commissioner pertaining to this subchapter, the attorney general on behalf of the banking commissioner may apply to a district court of Travis County for an order enjoining the violation and for other equitable relief the nature of the case requires.
(b)A person who knowingly fails or refuses to file the application required by Section 33.002 commits an offense. An offense under this subsection is a Class A misdemeanor.
