View on source(a)If the banking commissioner believes that a person has violated or is about to violate this subchapter or a rule or order of the banking commissioner relating to this subchapter, the attorney general on behalf of the banking commissioner may apply to a district court in Travis County for an order enjoining the violation and for other equitable relief the nature of the case requires.
(b)A person who knowingly fails or refuses to file the application required by Section 183.002 commits an offense. An offense under this subsection is a Class A misdemeanor.
