View on sourceTo fulfill the purposes of this chapter, a regulatory official may establish a relationship with or contract with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry or an entity designated by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry to collect and maintain records and process transaction fees or other fees related to licensed residential mortgage loan originators or other persons subject to regulation under this chapter.
